For your employees
International employees have to prepare tons of fiscal issues when they are going to work in the Netherlands. For example, just think about the M-form, the 30% ruling and the annual tax return. As a company, you can make a difference by supporting your employees with those hard cases and help them familiarize with the Dutch tax system.
Employees who moved to the Netherlands have to deal with a specific tax return in the first year. This is called the migration tax return form, in other words, the M-form.
In contrast to the regular tax return (P-form), the M-form is not available online. The paper tax return of no less than 43 pages, has to be filed in an oldfashioned way: with a pen. Besides, it is only available in Dutch. This makes it an additional obstacle for people who do not speak the Dutch language.
The TaxSavers can take care of this by submitting a complete and accurate M-form. Fill in our contact form or call us on +31 (0)20-2170120 for an introduction.
Employees who moved to the Netherlands have to deal with extraterritorial costs. The 30% ruling is a tax benefit for employees to compensate for those costs. The arrangement reduces their taxable income.
As an employer, you have to file the request for the 30% ruling at the tax authorities together with the employee.
The TaxSavers is happy to take care of applying for the 30% ruling. Fill in our contact form or call us on +31 (0)20-2170120 for an introduction.
Income tax return
Of course, employees who live and work in the Netherlands have to file the annual income tax return at the Dutch tax authorities. The tax return must be filed correct and complete and you should not pay too much tax, but also not too little.
The Tax Savers is happy to help your employees submitting a complete and accurate tax return. Fill in our contact form or call us on +31 (0)20-2170120 for an introduction.
