Do it yourself or together with us? In the introduction on the phone we ask a number of questions to determine how we can serve you in the best way. Thereby we explain our method and tell you what it’s needed to start with your tax return and tax advice.
You can reach us on week days between 09:00 – 18:00 hours (and after-hours only by appointment). You can also leave your details in the online contact form; we will get in touch with you asap.
Authorization & documentation
We will work with you to complete and file your tax return. Time for action, but before we start we need your authorization for access to the (online – DigiD) information that the Belastingdienst has about you. Once we have this, we can inform you which additional documents we need to complete the work.
Preparation of your Dutch tax return
Your tax specialist will start working on the tax return and will contact you if there are any questions. Once he has processed all the data and has completed a concept tax return, he will contact you to make an appointment to discuss everything with you.
Final check
The tax return will be discussed during a meeting, so you understand exactly what will be submitted to the Belastingdienst and such that you may be equipped to do it yourself the following year(s). Our specialist will also give you tips on what you should pay attention to in the future. During the meeting there is ample opportunity to ask questions.
Filing the tax return & checking the final tax assessment
When in agreement and there are no more questions, the tax return will be submitted to the the Belastingdienst. At the same time, we check your provisional assessment (voorlopige aanslag) for the current year and send any necessary adjustment to the Belastingdienst. A few months later, the Belastingdienst will send the final tax assessment which we will also check for you.
