Currently, we only assist with sole proprietorships and partnerships (vof). We do not handle tax filings (VAT or corporate tax) for BV structures.
We offer a ZZP package per tax year. This means you pay a fixed monthly fee for a fixed service. The rate is based on your business type:
Special events within the tax year may incur a surcharge billed the month after the tax filing. A questionnaire at year-end helps us identify the extra information we need from you. The following components incur additional charges:

The entrepreneur package includes the following services:
For example, the 2025 entrepreneur package includes VAT returns for Q1 through Q4 2025 and the
income tax return for 2025.
Due to system transitions, payments will be made quarterly in the initial months. Later, we will switch to direct debit to make it even easier for you.
We use the GetGekko bookkeeping program. Here, you can upload invoices and receipts for your costs
and revenues. You can also track your hours and mileage. After signing the agreement, we will send
you an invitation to create an account.
You can choose the basic version, which has all the functionalities you need, or the premium version,
which offers additional features for easier use.
We do request you to link your business bank account to provide us with better insights into your
situation
The entrepreneur package agreement is for one year, starting on January 1 of the relevant tax year.
However, we understand that changes in circumstances may prevent you from completing the agreement. Under certain conditions, the package can be terminated early:
Cancellation must always be requested in writing. After cancellation, the quarterly payment must be fulfilled.
