Adviesrapport hypotheekadviseur (Advisory report mortgage advisor)
You will receive the advisory report from the mortgage advisor, and in this report, you will find a summary of what was discussed and the choices that were made. It contains information about the mortgage amount, repayment method, interest rate, and details about the tax deductibility of the mortgage.
BSN nummer (Citizen Service Number)
You can find your Citizen Service Number (BSN) on the document you receive upon registration with the municipality. It’s also listed on your tax return from the previous year. If you don’t have a document with your BSN, you can upload it in a Word document or email it to us.
Factor A
The factor A indicates how much your pension has increased in a specific year. The factor A is necessary to calculate the annual allowance. You can find the factor A in your Uniform Pension Overview (UPO).

Jaaropgave (Annual statement)
In an annual statement, you can find information about your earnings from an employer during that specific year. If you’ve had multiple employers within one year, you will receive multiple annual statements. Typically, your employer sends out the annual statement at the beginning of the new year, usually in January or February. The annual statement also includes details about the withheld income tax and the premiums deducted from your salary.
Jaaroverzicht hypotheek (Annual overview mortgage)
On the annual overview of the mortgage, you can find the paid interest and costs, as well as the outstanding mortgage debt at the beginning and end of the year.
Machtigingsbrief (Authorization letter)
We will request an authorization letter for you once we receive your BSN (Citizen Service Number). The authorization letter will be mailed to you. Please send us the fifth page of the document, titled ‘ Formulier registratie machtiging intermediair goedkeuren’.
Nota van afrekening (Settlement invoice from the notary)
You will receive the settlement invoice from the notary. This document lists all the amounts related to the purchase or sale of a property that you receive or pay.
Start- /end date 30% ruling
We need the approval for the 30% ruling, which you will receive from the Tax Authority. This document contains the start date and end date of the 30% ruling.
