Senior Tax Advisor
Anne is an income tax specialist at TaxSavers and advises clients on complex Dutch income tax questions involving foreign income, international assets, home ownership, tax treaties, and inheritance tax.
Clear tax advice is not only about finding the right answer. It is also about making sure clients understand what that answer means for them.
Before joining TaxSavers, I explored the business and management side of the equestrian sector. During my studies, my interest in tax, client advice and international questions started to grow. That interest eventually led me to TaxSavers.
Today, my work focuses on Dutch income tax for clients with foreign income, foreign assets, home ownership questions and cross-border tax treaty issues. In practice, that often means finding out where income, pensions or assets may be taxed when more than one country is involved.
What I enjoy most is turning a complicated situation into something clear. Many clients come to us with questions that feel overwhelming, especially when foreign income, property or tax treaties are involved. My goal is to explain the rules in simple language, so clients leave with clarity and confidence.
I write articles because tax information is often harder to understand than it needs to be. A clear article can help clients recognise their situation, understand the basic rules and know when it is time to ask for advice.
