What's included
We prepare and file your annual income tax return in the Netherlands. Employment income, a house you bought, savings and investments, income from another country: we know what applies and where it belongs. A 30% ruling changes what we check, so tell us on the intro call.
You send your documents through one secure upload. We check which deductions apply and prepare your return as a draft first. You approve it, then we file with the Belastingdienst (the Dutch tax authority).
Want to see the 2026 tax brackets and rates first? We explain them in our tax brackets guide.

Your documents
Most of a Dutch tax return is already known to the Belastingdienst. What is missing is the part only you have. Your income statements, your balances on 1 January and the proof behind your deductions.
The four groups below cover almost every return we file. Once we've spoken, you get a personal checklist. Then you only send what your own year needs.
Every return starts with the same four. You always send your BSN (Dutch citizen number) and your DigiD (government login). Add your jaaropgaaf (annual income statement) from each employer or benefits agency. Add your account balances on 1 January too.
Own the place you live in? Then three more. You add the WOZ value (the municipal property assessment) for your filing year. Also add your annual mortgage statement. And the notary settlement if you bought or sold.
Proof of what you can deduct: healthcare costs, study costs, donations or alimony you paid. Add your provisional assessment and your loans or other debts on 1 January.
Filing with your fiscal partner means both sets of details. Arrived in the Netherlands or left this year? Then we need your exact arrival or departure date for the M-form.
Where to start
Three situations we see most. Each one changes what we check in your return.
Mortgage interest and deductible purchase costs change your return. We check and claim what fits.
Get this sortedAbroadAnother country in your return means tax treaties. We sort what belongs where, so you don't pay twice.
Get this sortedYou talk with a tax advisor for 20 minutes, in English or Dutch. We confirm what applies and name your price.
You get a short personal checklist and one secure upload. We only ask for what we actually need.
We prepare your return and go through the draft with you by phone or video. You approve it before we file anything.
Pricing
Most annual returns fit one of these two. You always hear your personal price before we start.
An advisor checks every deduction and catches what a DIY return misses. Mijn Belastingdienst is the tax portal, and it suits a simple year. You need a DigiD login to use it yourself. When your year has more in it, this is what an advisor changes.
