Head of Client Success
Jessy leads the Client Success team at TaxSavers. He makes sure your experience with TaxSavers runs smoothly, from your very first contact through to the completion of your tax return. Even after your return has been filed, he and his team remain available to answer any questions, so you can always count on the support you need. He connects clients and colleagues to ensure every client receives the level of service TaxSavers is known for.
Great tax advice is only half the story. The other half is the experience around it. Every client should feel looked after from start to finish.
Before TaxSavers, I studied Hotel and Event Management in Amsterdam. I then spent around five years working in hospitality. I loved the client contact and the responsibility that came with it. Along the way, I discovered how much I enjoyed the financial side. In hospitality bookkeeping, I often looked at costs, savings and margins. That is where my interest in finance began.
That interest led me to look for a finance role. I wanted a place where I would be well supported to develop. I started at TaxSavers as an advisor and learned through our internal training. In this work, you learn most by doing. You handle real situations, discuss them with colleagues and review them with an experienced advisor. That is how you learn the profession.
I qualified as a senior tax advisor. From there, I grew into client success. Two things matter a lot to me: staying close to the client and improving the processes behind the scenes.
Today, my focus is on making the whole client experience run smoothly. Clients get a seamless service. And everyone on the team can work as effectively as possible.
I write articles about the way TaxSavers works behind the scenes. The process around your taxes matters just as much as the advice itself. A clear explanation of how we work helps clients know what to expect. It also shows the kind of service they can count on.
