About

Cooper is small in size but big on energy. This brown toy poodle, with his curly teddy-bear coat and a small grey-and-white patch on his chest, is playful, headstrong and full of energy. While the rest of the team is busy with tax returns, interest rates and insurance policies, Cooper focuses on the most important subject in the office: attention. As happiness advisor, he has a clear set of tasks:

  • Reception: with Cooper, visitors are not greeted but stormed. He comes running and jumps up happily at everyone who walks in.
  • Morning inspection: every morning, he races through the whole office together with Walter. No corner goes unchecked.
  • Attention policy: he collects his share of attention from everyone. When that moment is, Cooper decides.
  • Afternoon meeting: in the afternoon, he withdraws under a desk for an in-depth meeting with himself. Usually with his eyes closed.

His specialisms follow naturally. In attention management, he unerringly finds the colleague who has a moment to spare. In catering, he carries out thorough research into the contents of bags, especially when there is food inside.

There are a few development points too. According to Cooper, shoelaces are not a shoe accessory but a chew toy. And being ignored is not in his job description: he simply does not accept it.

When it comes to expertise, Cooper is one step ahead of Walter. He has mastered not two but three commands: 'sit', 'stay' and 'down'. He has never heard of financial regulation, but he is always up for a treat.
