Will I actually speak to an advisor?
Yes. Call during office hours and an advisor picks up. There is no call centre in between and no ticket number.
If everyone is on a call, use the callback form instead.
Can I do all of this in English?
Yes, from the very first call. You choose the language and we follow. Both are everyday working languages here.
That holds for the call, the email and every document we send you.
Do I need an appointment to visit?
Yes, we see you by appointment. Our office is on Amsterdamseweg in Amstelveen. Call or message us and we set a time.
That way your advisor has read your situation before you arrive. We also meet outside office hours.
What should I have ready?
Nothing, for a first call. Tell us your situation in your own words and we tell you what we need.
If you already know your question, mention the tax year it belongs to. That saves a round trip.
What does the first call cost?
Nothing. The first call is free and takes about 20 minutes. You're not committing to anything.
We use it to work out whether we are the right fit. If we are not, we say so plainly.
