The firm, in our words
Who started TaxSavers, what we set out to do and how the team works now. The narrative account, written by us and read as such.

Four short routes through everything we publish about ourselves: who we are, how we work, what you agree to and who to talk to. Each route says what it holds before you open it.
Orientation
TaxSavers is a Dutch advisory firm in Amstelveen. We advise on tax. Our associated company A&H Finance advises on mortgage, insurance and pension. We have been registered at the Kamer van Koophandel, the Dutch chamber of commerce, since December 2018. Everything runs from one office at Amsterdamseweg 71A. Our clients live all over the Netherlands, and some live abroad and still have Dutch income or Dutch property. We meet by video call and by phone, and documents reach us through a secure upload.
Two exclusions come first, because they save the wrong reader the rest of the page. We do not run a company's staff pay administration and we do not advise on investments, wealth or savings products. If either of those is what brought you here, this is the wrong firm. Better to know that now than halfway through a first call.
The rest of this page is the directory, not the story. Each route below opens on the page that holds the answer. Who runs the firm, how it is paid, what it holds itself to. What our terms say, and how to reach us. The story of the firm sits on about us and is not repeated here.
Who we are
Three pages between them tell you who you would be working with. The first is our own account of the firm. The second is other people's account of us, published where we cannot edit it. The third names the organisations we work alongside, so you can see who else is in the room.
None of the three answers a tax question. If that is what you came for, the tax section describes the work itself. For mortgage, insurance or pension our associated company A&H Finance does that work.

Who started TaxSavers, what we set out to do and how the team works now. The narrative account, written by us and read as such.
Reviews people left after we had done the work, in their words rather than ours. A link takes you to the full set on Google.
The organisations we partner with, listed by name. The network behind a piece of advice, visible rather than implied.
How we work
One page sets out where our income comes from, service by service. Another sets out how what you read here gets written, checked and corrected. Both exist because we would rather publish the answer than wait to be asked for it.
The third is the ordinary one: the questions people put to us before they decide anything.
None of the three is a price list and none of them is advice. What a service costs sits on that service's own page.
Where our income comes from for each service, set out in full.
The rules our writers work to: naming the author, sourcing a figure and publishing a correction when one is due.
The longer set of questions, beyond the six answered further down this page.
The terms
The small print, published in full rather than sent on request. The terms say what we take on when you become a client and what stays yours to do. The disclaimer draws the line this website runs on: everything here is general information and none of it is advice about your own situation.
The privacy statement covers your data, from what we hold to how you get it back out again.
The agreement that applies once you become a client: what we take on, what we do not and how either of us can end it.
What the information on this website is, and what it is not. Two minutes well spent before you act on anything here.
Which details we hold, the reason we hold them and the route to having them removed again.
Reach us
Start here when you want a person rather than a page. Contact carries the phone number, the email address and the form. Careers is where the open roles sit. Press and media is for journalists working to a deadline.
A question about the firm itself goes straight to the box below. A question about your own tax year does not start here at all, it starts on the service you need.
Every way to reach us, with the opening hours beside each one and what happens after you get in touch.
The open roles and what the work is actually like. The vacancies themselves are in Dutch, because the day to day here is.
For journalists: what we can comment on, who to put the question to and how fast you get an answer back.
Anything missing?
If something you needed to know is not on any of these pages, tell us. We will answer you directly. Where the question is a fair one for everybody, we will publish the answer too.
What's included
A reply from the person who wrote the page
An answer in writing, so you can check it later

“Nearly every question I get about the firm is the same question underneath: can I check this myself. So we publish the answer rather than promise it. If something is missing, I would rather hear it than have you guess.”

Tax advisor
Ask us
A question about the firm rather than about tax lands with Mia. She answers it herself, or passes it on the same day to the colleague who can. A mortgage, insurance or pension question goes to A&H Finance instead.
