About

When someone comes to me with a complicated tax question, I want them to leave the conversation feeling calmer, clearer and confident about what comes next.

I was born and raised in Ukraine and studied International Economic Relationships in Kharkiv, completing both my bachelor's and master's degree there. My career started in export management, first in the food industry and later for a large producer of interior doors. Those roles were very commercial: finding new clients, negotiating with businesses and building long-term relationships. Looking back, that experience shaped much of how I work with clients today.

I moved to the Netherlands in 2020. With my background in economics and finance, moving into tax services felt like a natural next step and also gave me the opportunity to learn something new. I spent four years working for a Dutch tax and finance company, combining account management and sales with client contact, before joining TaxSavers. Along the way, I also learned Dutch and I am still working on improving it.

At TaxSavers, I am often one of the first people a client speaks to. I take the time to understand their situation and work out what kind of support they need. That might be someone trying to understand how taxes work in the Netherlands, how much they may need to pay or how assets abroad should be declared. My goal is to take something that feels complicated and explain it, so the client understands what is happening and what the next step will be.

I know that feeling personally. When I first moved to the Netherlands and received my first blue letter, I was stressed too. It is one of the reasons I understand how overwhelming the Dutch tax system can feel when you are new here. For me, a good conversation is not only about finding the right service. It is about making someone feel more confident and earning their trust along the way.

What I enjoy most is talking to people, understanding what they actually need and helping them move forward. I try to approach every client's situation as if I were the client myself. The level of attention and service I would expect for myself is the same experience I want someone to have when they come to us.
