Five covers on the menu. Most businesses need two or three. We tell you which, foreign clients and work abroad included. Our associated company, a separate licensed advice firm, arranges the insurance. We take on the tax that follows.
Business covers
For most Dutch businesses, no business insurance is legally required. The law requires two things: national insurance contributions, paid through your income tax, and standard health insurance. There are two exceptions. A car or property in your business's name must be insured, and some professions must carry professional liability cover by law. We take those mandatory covers along in the same conversation.
Everything else is a choice. The real question is not what is mandatory, but which risk could stop your business tomorrow. That list is shorter than most menus suggest. Working with foreign clients or abroad changes that list. If you have staff, we put those covers on the table in the same call. Dutch policies often limit cover abroad, so we flag your foreign work early.

One conversation
For many freelancers the same conversation covers more: income protection, pension and the tax on your business income. You tell your story once. We reuse it across all three, so nothing needs explaining twice. We also look at what your premiums do to your tax return.

What we do
We make the introduction. Your tax stays with us.
The covers
Five covers, each for a different risk. Not sure which fit how you work? Book your free call, and we look at it together.
No forms to fill in first. You talk, we listen, and the advice names covers, not products.
Who your clients are, what contracts demand, where you work. That is all we need to start.
We weigh what could actually stop your business, at home and across the border. You find out where the cover stops when you work abroad. We also check the covers you already run for gaps and overlap.
You hear what each cover does and what advice costs before you commit.
Pricing
We explain how advice is paid before anything starts. Business covers differ on this point.
A configurator (the insurer's pick-it-yourself menu) works when you already know exactly what you need. Most business owners don't, and that is normal.

Only the covers you actually need
Financial damage from advice or a professional mistake. Required by law in some professions.
Protecting your own income if you cannot work? Disability cover (AOV) for the self-employed
From here, our associated company takes over: they advise on the insurance, arrange it and take it out with you.
For life cover, advisors work for a fixed advice fee, never commission (the provisieverbod). The other business covers run on commission built into your premium, with no separate invoice.
Insurance advice is provided by our associated company A&H Finance. They advise you, arrange the insurance and invoice you. Your agreement for this advice is with them and they are responsible for the service. TaxSavers introduces you and is not a party to that agreement. Do you have a complaint about the advice? Raise it with them first. If you do not reach a solution together, you can take it to Kifid. They are registered there and have accepted binding advice, so a Kifid ruling binds them.
